My mother collected angels. Some were out all the time and some she just put out in a display at Christmas. I inherited some of them when she passed away and then I add to the collection every year on her birthday (she had a December birthday). This year I put them out the weekend of the time change and I will leave them up until Groundhog Day (which is also the half-way point of winter and the Feast of the Presentation).
