- No Food or Drink from the break room
- No Food after 9 pm - only liquids
- Spend at least 5 minutes cleaning or flinging
- Enter Receipts
- Wear Sunglasses
- Pampering
- Lotion on Feet & Fingers before bed
- Bedtime Routine (wash face, tone, brush, floss, bedtime meds)
- Bed before 11
I have taken Binge-Free off the list, not because it is a habit I want to work on, but because I am making it a non-negotiable item, not merely a suggestion.
